We’re pretty proud of this amazing garden. It allows this family the freedom of a practical garden for children whilst accommodating the adults and family meals in the great outdoors. Not to mention having the ambient feel of their own little oasis.
It took around 7 weeks to complete this amazing transformation in St.Ives Chase.
Laying over 140lm of spotted gum hardwood decking. Including 2 pergolas and the surrounding area of a kidney shaped pool. We also added a shade sail to make the main outdoor eating area more comfortable during the hot summer months and some strategically placed outdoor lighting so the area could be better utilised in the evenings, including lighting up the tallest feature palm tree in the centre of the pool.
Other additions included a feature wall of star jasmine creeper which runs the length of the pool, this will take about a year to firmly establish itself and give full cover, we will bring you some updated images when this beauty has matured.
One interesting fact: it took over 7000 screws to secure this deck!
One of the greatest challenges on this job (although extremely loveable) was the resident Great Dane Puppy Hugo. You can see a picture of him @ 9 weeks on our about page. He liked to get into everything and that included my lunch!
I am extremely proud of our efforts here and know that my client is equally chuffed. Have a look at the video tour yourself!
If you are looking to sell your house and you want to generate and control the return, investment into your garden or outdoor space can go a long way.
But don’t take my word for it, there are continuous articles published on the subject. See the most recent article I came across below on the SMH Domain site:
